Pet Policy

Dog Policy: Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to:
Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Mastiff, Old English Bulldog, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dalmation or any mix of these breeds. These dogs are not allowed. Maximum allowed are Two (2) pet per apartment. Pets Allowed without Deposit: Small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs and fish aquariums that are five (5) gallons or less do not require an additional deposit. Note: Deposits are required on large birds including but not limited to parrots, cockatiels, sun conures, or other birds often let out of cages Restricted Pets: The following pets are not authorized at La Residencias: No Snakes, Lizards, Sugar Gliders, Flying Squirrels, Chinchillas, Ferrets, reptiles, amphibians, rodents or venomous animals of any kind. Owner Requirements: 1)No pets allowed on new carpet. 2)Pets must be inoculated and properly licensed, proof must be provided prior to application approval. 3)Proof of age must be presented prior to application approval. 4)Picture of the pet must be provided prior to application approval 5)All deposits and fees must be paid on or before the date the resident takes possession of the apartment 6)A separate addendum is to be completed and signed, and is considered as part of the Lease Agreement. Pet Deposit and Fees: 1. $400.00 non-refundable deposit per pet 2. No Monthly pet rent charge
